A well-established Middlesex County law firm is adding a public finance attorney to its bond practice, minutes from Edison, Metuchen and New Brunswick. You carry financings yourself, from the engagement letter to the closing.
Representing municipalities, school districts, housing authorities and underwriters on tax-exempt and taxable bond issues. Drafting and reviewing bond resolutions, official statements and closing documents. Working directly with issuers, underwriters and their financial advisors.
Three-plus years of public finance practice as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel or issuer's counsel. New Jersey admission required. Writing samples will be requested.
$145,000 to $155,000 base with full benefits. Five days in the office.
