We are looking for a BOM & Routing Data Specialist to support critical data management within our ERP/MRP/MES systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth production operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and item master data
  • Ensure accuracy of system data to support production, scheduling, and inventory
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to maintain product structures and workflows
  • Support engineering change processes (ECO/ECN) with timely updates
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies impacting production or costing
  • Help develop and improve SOPs and work instructions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives around data and system efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams across Materials, Production Control, Quality, and Finance

What We’re Looking For

Required:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience maintaining BOMs, routings, and ERP/MRP/MES data
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred:
  • Experience with Sage ERP or similar systems
  • Background in regulated environments (ISO, AS standards)
  • Understanding of inventory, production planning, or cost accounting
