Now hiring for Fox Park (2199 California Ave, St. Louis, MO 63104) and Kirkwood (612 W Woodbine Ave, Kirkwood, MO 63122). Interviews can happen at either location.

Pay: $15/hour starting base plus the full tip pool, typically $20-$30/hour all in, with higher earning potential for key employees and shift leads. Yes, back of house shares in tips too.
Type: Part-time and full-time
Hours: 11am-9pm, Monday-Saturday. No early mornings or late nights.

About Lona's Lil Eats
We are the St. Louis home of the Original Giant Rice Paper Wrap: fresh Asian cuisine with a soul food flare, made from scratch every day. We peel the garlic, roast the peanuts, and build every sauce and seasoning in house. Chef Lona Luo Powers is a three-time James Beard Award semifinalist, and we just opened our second location in Kirkwood.

The Role
You'll handle fresh daily prep, build our scratch sauces and seasonings, hand-roll our signature Giant Rice Paper Wraps to order, and work the wok and line during service. We cross-train across prep, wok, and wrap assembly, so you'll build real range instead of being stuck on one station.

What We're Looking For

• Cares about fresh, scratch-made food and consistency
• Kitchen, prep, or line experience preferred, but we'll train a motivated cook
• Solid knife skills and comfort with high-volume prep
• Wok experience is a plus, not a must
• Fast, clean, and consistent under pressure
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability
