The BOH Manger is responsible for day-to-day culinary operations in a professional kitchen, maintenance of quality standards, as well as supervises storage, stocking, and sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities: - Quality control of all food leaving the kitchen
- Ordering of all product from food purveyors
- Overall kitchen cleanliness
- Assist in management and training of new personnel
- Assist with scheduling and performance reviews
- Keep up to date with new products and preparation techniques
Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, similar style restaurant preferred
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
