Schlossmann Honda City is eager to hire a Bodyshop Parts Coordinator to work alongside our very busy body shop team.The perfect candidate is a highly organized team player with the ability to multi-task, coordinating with body technicians and managers to achieve efficient results in a large volume environment.Proficiency with all makes and models of new, used and aftermarket automotive parts is required.Job Responsibilities:
- Place parts orders for auto body techs and paint techs
- Receive parts in the system
- Check all received parts to ensure parts ordered are correct
- Validate and communicate correct parts were ordered in a timely manner
- Return parts for credit
- Match parts to correct invoices
- Order shop supplies including paint ordering and general shop labor supplies
- Visibly demonstrate our commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures, and modeling safety related behaviors
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Solid computer and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in ordering new, used and aftermarket parts of all automotive makes and models
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer focused
