In this role, you will play a key part in restoring vehicles to their original condition by performing precise body repairs and refinishing work. You will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality repairs and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform body work and repairs on damaged vehicles including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Communicate supplemental damage with service advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Use computerized measuring systems and other equipment to ensure accuracy in repairs
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters and other departments as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and bodywork techniques
- Ability to operate body shop equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
