    Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Technician to support both retail and wholesale operations. This role involves repairing, restoring, and refinishing vehicles to pre-accident condition while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is experienced in collision repair, works well independently and as part of a team, and can manage a steady workflow from multiple sources.

    Key Responsibilities: (MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS)

    • Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, rust removal and repair
    • Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and minor refinishing
    • Collaborate with estimators and parts departments to ensure accurate and timely repairs
    • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    • Operate tools and equipment properly and follow all safety guidelines
    • Communicate progress and any issues with supervisors or team members

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as an auto body technician or collision repair specialist
    • Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and materials
    • Ability to work on multiple vehicles and meet deadlines
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
    • Valid driver’s license (required)
    • I-CAR certification or equivalent training (preferred)

    • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

    Work Environment:

    • Body shop setting with exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures
