Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the body shop, ensuring efficiency and quality in all repair work.
- Supervise and mentor body shop technicians, providing training and support as needed.
- Coordinate workflow, manage scheduling, and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, estimates, and resolve any issues that arise professionally and promptly.
- Maintain inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and vendors to facilitate smooth repair processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive body shop management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with insurance claim procedures and vendor relations.
