As a Body Shop Detailer you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are meticulously cleaned and detailed to meet high-quality standards before being delivered to customers.
JOB TITLE: Body Shop Detailer
REPORTS TO: Body Shop Manager
LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH
A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Thorough vehicle cleaning post-collision repair, including under-hood components, trunks, interior panels, and more.
Detailed interior cleaning and maintenance tasks as required
Exterior paint maintenance and protection duties as needed
Assisting in offsite customer vehicle transportation
Accurate documentation of tasks performed
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area
Laundry and maintenance of work towels
Daily trash removal from the work area
Other assigned duties as necessary
WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver's License required
Preferably experience in the automotive industry, though not mandatory
High school diploma or equivalent education level
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to demonstrate ethical conduct in all tasks
Previous detailing experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Capability to work in varied environmental conditions and noise levels
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
