Bell and Bell GMC  is in immediate need for a Body Shop Clean up & Customer vehicle Get Ready Position.

Car Detailer Job Description

We are looking for a thorough, responsible individual who will adhere to, and provide quality automotive cleaning services to our Body Shop and its customers. The Candidate will handle the daily cleanup of the Body Shop; and will also clean customer vehicles that have been repaired by the Body Shop. which will include thoroughly washing, vacuuming, cleaning vehicle interiors.  You should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles and the Shop.

To be a successful Candidate, you should be committed to providing excellent service to customers. You should be courteous, responsible, and detail-oriented.

 Responsibilities:

• Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all Body Shop standards and management requests.

• Operating hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations and enhance the appearance of vehicles.

• Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to proper locations.

• Daily cleaning of the Body Shop, trash pickup, sweeping floors, handling scrap in work area, maintaining a clean environment for our customers.

  Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid state driver’s license with good driving record.

• Prior experience may be preferred.

• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
