Key Responsibilities
- Surface Preparation: Sand, fill, prime, and mask areas not to be painted.
- Painting: Mix paints, match colors, apply primers, sealers, and clear coats using spray guns, ensuring flawless finishes.
- Component Work: Remove/install trim, glass, and sometimes interior parts.
- Quality Control: Inspect work for runs, sags, or unpainted spots.
- Safety & Maintenance: Operate equipment safely, wear PPE (respirator), clean tools, and manage hazardous waste.
Essential Skills & Qualities
