    Description

    A Bodily Injury Supervisor coaches and develops a team of claims representatives/specialists responsible for the management, investigation, and resolution of injury claims, ensuring a high-quality work product, while continuously developing talent by assisting with the selection of top talent.

    • Leads and develops a team of representatives ensuring the quality, accuracy and timely resolution of claims that may include up to high exposure/litigated/complex cases
    • Continuously develops talent by creating opportunities for direct reports to grow and strengthen new skills
    • Monitors and audits the work of team members to ensure reserves are adequately set based on known file exposures
    • Promotes a culture committed to identifying process efficiencies to continuously improve how work is completed
    • Self-driven and able to work with minimal oversight while helping adjusters solve complex claims in multiple states
    • Collaborates well with attorneys, vendors and other external parties, while representing Tesla in official responsibilities
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • Supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Management of litigation claims handlers
    • Comprehensive knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and the State s Tort Laws
    • May perform other responsibilities as assigned
