Bobcat Outside Sales Specialist

Due to the continued expansion of the Bobcat product line, Bobcat of Michiana is currently seeking a Strategic EquipmentSpecialist. This sales position is responsible for continued growth in the sale and market share of Bobcat equipment. Thisposition will cover all counties in Northern IN, Southwest MI.

Bobcat of Michiana/Hull Lift Truck, Inc. offers industry specific training, an attractive compensation program with a base salary and opportunity to earn commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, paid holidays and paid time off.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Demonstration and sale of Bobcat Strategic equipment (Residential and Commercial Mowers, Compact Tractors, Small Articulated Loaders, UTV's and compacting equipment)
• Perform professional on-site demonstrations of lawn and landscape products.
• Execute top level purchase and delivery experience maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Perform outgoing calls to increase awareness of Bobcat products to increase engagements and achieve quotas.
• Track customer purchase activity and follow up for future business planning.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of applicable sales experience
• Prior industry experience required
• Highly motivated and quota driven
• Knowledge of CRM practices a plus
• Continuous improvement minded
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
• Excellent oral, written and formal presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
