Located in New Jersey
The Board of Directors Member serves as a strategic advisor to ownership and executive leadership. This role provides independent insight, industry expertise, and professional guidance on matters related to business growth, operations, healthcare trends, compliance, finance, marketing, and community partnerships.
This is a non-management, advisory role and does not involve day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Attend quarterly BoD meetings
- Provide strategic guidance and industry expertise
- Review organizational goals and growth initiatives
- Offer recommendations regarding operational efficiency and risk management
- Assist in identifying business development and partnership opportunities
- Serve as an ambassador for the organization within the community
- Provide independent feedback on key organizational decisions when requested
Preferred Qualifications
- Must reside in New Jersey
- Experience in healthcare, home care, home health, senior services, finance, legal, compliance, human resources, marketing, business development, or executive leadership
- Strong professional network and community involvement within New Jersey
- Ability to provide objective and constructive guidance
- Commitment to supporting ethical and high-quality care delivery
Time Commitment
- Approximately 4-6 meetings per year
- Occasional consultation with ownership between meetings as needed
Compensation
Both Board of Directors and Patient Advocacy Council are unpaid, voluntary positions.
