Volunteer leaders are invited to join a dedicated board of directors committed to empowering girls and women through mentorship and networking since 2016.
Our mission is to build positive lifelong relationships and provide growth opportunities for girls to succeed in various life areas.
We seek professionals with skills in accounting, human resources, legal, media, or connections to workforce development, foundations, educational institutions, and communities of color.
Board members will contribute to strategic planning, including creating budgets, fundraising, program development, and increasing online presence.
Expectations include attending monthly meetings, serving on committees, making personal donations, raising at least $300 annually, and managing donor or partner relationships.
Service is for a minimum of two years.
