About the Role:Thrive Together ABA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients
- MUST SPEAK SPANISH
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation
- Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills across environments
- Track, analyze, and report client progress data to adjust treatment goals as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and funding source requirements
Requirements:- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- California licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
- Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ADOS, or Vineland
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising RBTs or BT staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with families and teams
- Compassionate, client-centered approach with a commitment to ethical ABA practice
