    Overview
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and special education, with a focus on providing high-quality care to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and execute behavioral support interventions tailored to individual needs.
    • Deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
    • Implement and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans and Positive Behavioral Supports.
    • Train and guide support staff involved in ABA services.
    • Collaborate with program staff and contribute as an integral member of the clinical team.
    • Fulfill additional assigned responsibilities.

    Requirements

    • Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
    • RBT credentials
    • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
