Position Overview:
We offer two full-time salaried tiers based on preferred caseload and billable expectations:
Tier 1 (Reduced Caseload Option):
- Minimum billable requirement: 17.5 hours/week (70/month)
- Work schedule: ~30 hours/week
- Typical caseload: 5-8 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours)
- Annual salary: $54,000-$64,000
Tier 2 (Full Caseload Option):
- Minimum billable requirement: 22.5 hours/week (90/month)
- Work schedule: ~40 hours/week
- Typical caseload: 8-12 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours)
- Annual salary: $70,000-$85,000
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Required Availability:
- Weekdays: Flexibility preferred; must be available during 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM at minimum
- Saturdays: Availability required during 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (some Saturdays)

Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Reliable transportation for in-home/community-based services
