About the Role:Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Wheeling, IL. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, to develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, implement, and supervise ABA-based programs tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
- Provide direct supervision and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
- Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and regular program updates
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care and generalization of skills
- Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to support skill development across environments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements
Requirements:- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessments
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies
- Previous experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
