Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday | 37.5 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $2,000 – $2,250/Week

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide maternity leave coverage in a school-based setting, supporting student behavior, data analysis, behavioral interventions, and staff coaching.

Required Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification.

  • Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

  • Experience working with children or students in a school or behavioral setting.

  • Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior modification, and data analysis.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and training skills.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively with school teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Observe students and staff interactions in classroom settings.

  • Provide strategies and recommendations for challenging behaviors and student regulation.

  • Assist with behavioral data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

  • Provide consultation on behavior modification and positive behavior support.

  • Train and coach school staff on effective behavioral strategies.

  • Conduct professional development related to ASD and behavior modification.

  • Support implementation of behavior intervention strategies.

  • Maintain appropriate documentation and student confidentiality.
