Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Description:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide temporary coverage for a maternity leave assignment through February. The BCBA will collaborate closely with school teams to support students with behavioral and developmental needs and provide practical guidance to staff.

This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys working collaboratively with educators, observing classroom environments, analyzing behavioral data, and providing strategies that promote positive student outcomes.

• Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies.
• Provide teachers and school staff with practical ideas, strategies, and recommendations for supporting students.
• Observe student and staff interactions in classroom settings and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist teams with behavioral data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Recommend strategies to help students improve self-regulation and successfully participate in the school environment.
• Support staff in addressing challenging behaviors and implementing behavior modification strategies.
• Provide consultation and coaching to educators and other school personnel.
• Develop and conduct professional development and training related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavior management, and evidence-based behavioral practices.
• Collaborate with school personnel to promote consistent implementation of behavioral interventions.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and follow applicable school and professional standards.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Experience supporting students with ASD and behavioral needs.
• Strong understanding of behavioral data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Experience providing staff training, consultation, or professional development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teachers, administrators, support staff, students, and families.

In this role, you will serve as a behavioral resource for school teams-helping staff understand student needs, interpret behavioral data, improve classroom strategies, and create supportive environments where students can regulate and succeed.
