We are seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
As a BCBA, you'll manage a caseload, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BTs, lead caregiver training, and ensure documentation and compliance. The role emphasizes clinical excellence within a supportive, collaborative environment led by experienced clinicians.
Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with bonuses for exceeding billable hours.
