What You'll Do

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on FBAs
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians (direct and indirect)
  • Collaborate with families to support meaningful progress
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust programming based on data
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation

  • BCBA certification and Nebraska licensure
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
