Overview

BCBA Position Highlights

  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Starting salary: $90,000, based on experience.
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Genesee Lake School (GLS), a MyPath company, provides residential, educational, and community-based services for children and young adults with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Our mission is to promote growth, independence, and a high quality of life for the individuals we serve.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a key leadership role in helping students achieve meaningful behavioral, social, and educational success while supporting and mentoring the teams who work alongside them every day.

As a Clinical Leader, the BCBA is responsible for:

  • Serving as a behavioral consultant across educational, residential, therapeutic, and healthcare settings to promote consistent, trauma-informed, and evidence-based supports.
  • Conducting functional and behavioral assessments to identify student needs and inform individualized, function-based interventions.
  • Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate behavior support strategies that improve student outcomes, increase independence, and enhance quality of life.
  • Using behavioral data to inform clinical decision-making, monitor progress, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
  • Providing coaching, consultation, and real-time support to staff to strengthen implementation of behavioral strategies and build team capacity.
  • Delivering training on Positive Behavior Supports, behavior analytic principles, crisis prevention, and other evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborating with therapists, educators, nurses, residential staff, and other specialists to ensure integrated, student-centered care.
  • Supporting organizational initiatives that advance Positive Behavior Supports, trauma-informed care, and restraint elimination through proactive intervention strategies, staff development, and continuous quality improvement.

Why BCBAs Choose Genesee Lake School

At GLS, BCBAs are treated as clinical leaders, not billable units. We remove the administrative pressures often found in traditional settings so you can focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality clinical support and meaningful outcomes for the individuals we serve. As a valued member of our Therapeutic Services team, you'll collaborate closely with therapists, therapeutic support staff, educators, health services, residential teams, and other interdisciplinary professionals to provide integrated, student-centered care. With no billable hour requirements, stable caseloads, flexible scheduling, and a dedicated home-base office environment, you'll have the support and autonomy needed to thrive while maintaining work-life balance and opportunities for long-term professional growth.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours, First Shift.
  • Flexibility required with occasional shifts outside of standard schedule to support student needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting salary: $90,000, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), ESOP, maternity leave, short- and long-term disability, and student loan paydown support.
  • You'll participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving you the opportunity to build long-term wealth as an employee-owner.

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree Required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (required).
  • Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire (required)
  • Support available for qualified candidates obtaining Wisconsin licensure from another state.
