Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time

Location: Merrillville, Indiana
Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: Pediatric Outpatient / ABA Therapy
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience

We're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing pediatric therapy team in Merrillville, Indiana. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful ABA services to children and families while working alongside a collaborative team of pediatric therapy professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Ensure behavior plans are implemented accurately and consistently.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary therapy professionals to support positive client outcomes.
  • Provide caregiver education and training to help promote skill development and generalization.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation.
  • Participate as an active member of a collaborative pediatric therapy team.

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation, assessment, and supervision skills.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
