    Exciting Opportunity in the Lisle, IL area: Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA

We're currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with a middle school population in the Lisle, IL area!
     
    Qualifications: 
    • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
    • You will need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst having passed the exam and ready to provide ABA therapy to students
     Role Overview:
    As a BCBA, you will work along with a multidisciplinary team to create program for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behavior analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

    Position Details:  
    • Dates:  Start ASAP- Year-round schedule with 9 weeks PTO (breaks)
    • Hours: 7:45-3:45 during the school year, 7:45-1:15 during ESY
    • Setting:  You will service one high school classroom and one transition aged classroom.
    • Caseload: 2 classrooms (approximately 16 students)  
    • Diagnosis:  All have autism; caseload has a very high social-emotional needs that may have more of a SEL profile than autism. 
    • In-person only, salaried position, highly collaborative team based environment
    Key Responsibilities: 
    • You'll work with a collaborative team in a great environment
    • Providing supoort to students with higher maladaptive behaviors and high needs
    • Develop and train staff on proactive behavior strategies
    • Oversee data collection for student-specific behaviors 
    • Design reactive strategies based on team input.
