About the Role: Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Buffalo Grove, IL. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients across the lifespan
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment findings
Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Track and analyze client progress data, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across environments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company standards
Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessments
Proficiency in ABA data collection systems and electronic health record platforms
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
Valid driver's license and ability to work in Buffalo Grove, IL and surrounding areas
