    Exciting Opportunity in and around the Highland, IN area: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA 
     
    PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the HIghland, IN area.
     
    Qualifications: 
    • MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
    • Active State specific BCBA license and/or passed boards
    • School-based or pediatric experience preferred- but training available if not
    Role Overview:
    As a BCBA, you will work along with a multidisciplinary team to create programs for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behavior analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

    Position Details:   
    • Schedule:  Full-time  
    • Dates:  ASAP
    • Setting:  clinic
    • In-person only 
    Key Responsibilities:  
    • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
    • Lead and support RBTs in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day
    • Partner closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families to foster consistency and measurable progress
    • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision for RBTs
