Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care
  • Track and analyze progress data to guide clinical decisions
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Contribute to ongoing program development and quality improvement
  • Mentor practicum students and RBTs

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree (required)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
  • Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care
  • Passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional growth
