    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    $85–$100/hour | Flexible Schedule | Puyallup, WA

    Location:

    Puyallup, WA (In-home and/or school-based services- can be remote)

    What You’ll Do:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
    • Provide consistent supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to BT's/RBT's
    • Analyze client data regularly and make timely, appropriate clinical adjustments
    • Deliver structured parent training with clear guidance and measurable goals
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and compliance standards
    • Manage your caseload independently while ensuring all clients receive consistent, high-quality care

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
    • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
    • Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
    • Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines without reminders
    • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and data analysis skills
    • Professional, proactive communication style with both families and team members
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
    • Data entry skills; (Required, all session notes will be entered via Rethink app.
