Behavior Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of autism services.

What You'll Do:

As a Lead Behavior Analyst, you'll oversee a caseload of students ages 3-22, supervise treatment planning, mentor rising clinicians, and champion best practices in applied behavior analysis. Your role will be dynamic, ranging from individualized assessments to staff training to collaborative team consultation.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and supervise staff and BCBA/BCaBA candidates
• Oversee the implementation of behavior analytic treatment across the classroom and inclusive settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and public school partners
• Analyze student progress through consistent data review and clinical meetings
• Contribute to staff performance evaluations and organizational improvement initiatives
• Lead with empathy, professionalism, and commitment to person-centered practices

What You Bring:

• Master's degree in ABA, education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification and RI Behavior Analyst License
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an ABA program for students with autism
• Strong skills in behavior analytic assessment, staff training, and inclusive treatment planning
• Knowledge of current ABA best practices, including trauma-informed care
• Ability to travel throughout RI, MA, and CT as needed
• A leadership mindset with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
