    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    $90–$105/hour In-Person

    Vibrant ABA is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families across Colorado. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, meaningful clinical support, and competitive compensation based on supervision type.

    As a BCBA at Vibrant, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), partner closely with families, and support meaningful progress for the children we serve.

    Service Areas

    We are currently expanding across Colorado and are seeking BCBAs in and around the following areas:

    • Denver
    • Aurora
    • Colorado Springs
    • Fort Collins
    • Lakewood
    • Thornton
    • Arvada
    • Westminster
    • Pueblo
    • Boulder
    • Surrounding areas throughout Colorado

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to RBTs
    • Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration
    • Ensure clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance
    • Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams

    Qualifications

    • Active BCBA certification in good standing
    • Colorado licensure, if applicable, or ability to meet state and payer requirements prior to starting
    • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
    • Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred
