Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing and supervising Behavior Support Plans, integrating programming into daily routines, supervising staff, providing crisis support, and monitoring progress.
Each BCBA manages one residential home, allowing for focused clinical involvement and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
