Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our school-based behavioral health team. This role primarily focuses on supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensuring high-quality implementation of individualized behavior plans. Youll play a vital part in coaching, retraining, and supporting staff to help students effectively meet their behavioral goals.
Position Details
- Location: San Diego County
- Schedule: Part-Time (30 hours/week)
- Pay: $50.00 per hour
- Work Setting: In-person across multiple school sites
- Paid mileage and drive time between school sites
- Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs across assigned school sites
- Conduct in-person and virtual supervision sessions as needed
- Develop, review, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when requested by school districts
- Participate in incident reporting, provider retraining, and behavioral data analysis
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and compliance
- Assist in cohort support, training initiatives, and performance improvement efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and Ro Health standards
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Completion of the 8-hour supervision training (required for RBT supervision)
- Masters degree/Bachelors Degree preferred or related course work
- 5+ years of experience in special education, childcare, or ABA (preferred)
- Reliable transportation with willingness to travel between school sites throughout San Diego County
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment
