About the Role Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our school-based behavioral health team. This role primarily focuses on supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensuring high-quality implementation of individualized behavior plans. Youll play a vital part in coaching, retraining, and supporting staff to help students effectively meet their behavioral goals.
Position Details
Location: San Diego County
Schedule: Part-Time (30 hours/week)
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Work Setting: In-person across multiple school sites
Paid mileage and drive time between school sites
Responsibilities
Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs across assigned school sites
Conduct in-person and virtual supervision sessions as needed
Develop, review, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when requested by school districts
Participate in incident reporting, provider retraining, and behavioral data analysis
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and compliance
Assist in cohort support, training initiatives, and performance improvement efforts
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and Ro Health standards
Requirements
Active BCBA certification (required)
Completion of the 8-hour supervision training (required for RBT supervision)
Masters degree/Bachelors Degree preferred or related course work
5+ years of experience in special education, childcare, or ABA (preferred)
Reliable transportation with willingness to travel between school sites throughout San Diego County
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment
