Base Salary: $85,000 - $97,000 + $18K Performance Bonus + $40K Retention Bonus

Time Off, Work Schedule, and Workload
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Time Off: 20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays.
- CEU days, conferences, company events, and training don't count toward that number. Time off means time off.
- Manageable Caseloads: Caseload is typically capped at 8-10 enrolled clients.
- Dedicated Center Administrators handle scheduling logistics, so your time stays focused on clinical work.

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Texas licensure (or eligibility prior to start)
