Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Richmond, VA clinic. We are looking for a BCBA who wants more than just another ABA job. This is a primarily clinic-based role offering supportive leadership, ethical billables, manageable caseloads, and opportunities for long-term professional growth within a growing organization. Position Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Support a positive and clinically excellent treatment environment
Schedule: This is a full-time, in-person position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations Monday through Friday; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
Prior ABA clinical experience required
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
