Empower Behavior Solutions (EBS) is seeking a reliable, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Washington team. This position is focused on taking on an active caseload and providing consistent, high-quality clinical care to clients and families.

Puyallup/Tacoma, WA
Services are primarily in-home and/or school-based, with remote flexibility available depending on client and case needs.
Take on and independently manage an active ABA caseload
Develop and maintain individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to CBTs/RBTs
Regularly review client data and make timely clinical adjustments
Provide parent/caregiver training and support
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate proactively with families, direct staff, and the clinical team
Ensure services are delivered consistently and in accordance with clinical and compliance standards
Manage your caseload, deadlines, and clinical responsibilities independently
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong clinical judgment and data analysis skills
Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines
Reliable, professional, and proactive communication
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable working collaboratively with families and direct-care staff
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Comfortable using electronic documentation systems, including the Rethink app

$85–$100/hour, based on experience and position structure
Choose between 1099 contract or W-2 employment, depending on your preference and eligibility
