Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our state-of-the-art behavioral clinic. In this role, you will work closely with children with autism and their families, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy that drives meaningful and lasting progress.

Position Overview
The BCBA will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavioral interventions. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for improving the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to determine appropriate interventions

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior analysis and treatment programs

  • Supervise and support staff in the effective delivery of behavior intervention plans

  • Design behavioral systems and provide ongoing training and performance feedback to team members

  • Lead parent meetings and provide caregiver training to ensure consistency across home and clinic settings

  • Establish measurable treatment goals and maintain accurate, timely documentation for clinical and insurance requirements

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members involved in each client’s care

  • Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in applied behavior analysis

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based clinical practices
