This is a full-time employee position (not contract) designed for clinicians who want to lead—both in their caseload and within a growing organization.
Role Overview
The BCBA serves as the clinical lead for assigned cases, responsible for assessment, program development, supervision, and treatment integrity, while contributing to a developing leadership structure.

  • Assessments and key clinical tools are provided by the organization

Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 401(k)
