About the Role:RM Autism Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Niles, IL. Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to guide treatment planning
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists
- Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines
Requirements:- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Active Illinois BCBA license.
- Experience working with children and/or adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing RBTs or behavior technicians
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for family and team collaboration
- Compassionate, patient, and solution-focused approach to client care
