    Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Location: Grain Valley, MO / Liberty, MO (Our Client’s Clinics)

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide program oversight for patients, ensuring high-quality therapy services.
    • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, as required by funding sources, and based on data analysis.
    • Develop, implement, and revise behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized treatment plans/programming.
    • Complete initial evaluations for potential patients and maintain a manageable caseload.
    • Lead monthly team meetings for case review and collaboration with other therapists.
    • Supervise, train, and provide guidance to RBTs, RBT Fellows, and Trainers.
    • Complete RBT competency assessments and reassessments as necessary.
    • Ensure continued professional growth and competence of RBTs and other team members through weekly supervision meetings, observation, and written feedback.
    • Ensure that supervision hours for RBTs meet BACB requirements.
    • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families and caregivers, offering support and training throughout the course of treatment.
    • Meet regularly with families to review client progress and collaborate on the development of individualized treatment plans.
    • Maintain proper safety protocols, including social distancing and hygiene practices (PPE provided).

    Requirements:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
    • Master's degree or higher.
    • Licensed in the state of Missouri.
    • Current certification in ABA.
    • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
    • Experience working with children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
    • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in pediatric therapy.
    • Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
    • Strong team collaboration skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to ethical practices.
    • Passion for working with children in a professional and compassionate manner.
    • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.

    Job Type:

    • Full-time

    Compensation:

    • $85,000 - $90,000 per year
