Job Summary 
Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is growing and looking to hire a full-time or part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Hours available include daytime, afternoons, and evenings.  Locations include Clinic, School, and Home settings. Hours are flexible and no required weekends or late evenings. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the direct implementation of skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans by the Behavior Technicians across clinic, school, and in-home settings. Job duties are listed below.  
 
Job Duties
  • Oversee and manage Behavior Technicians 
  • Providing ongoing supervision and support to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase replacement skills 
  • Conduct clinical assessments to guide the development of programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis 
  • Develop and regularly update ABA programs for clients based on assessments and analysis of data/behavior 
  • Complete functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans as needed 
  • Oversee implementation of ABA programming including treatment fidelity and data collection 
  • Provide training to staff and families on Applied Behavior Analysis 
  • Complete monthly progress reports and reassessments for insurance authorizations 
  • Document child's behaviors and skill progress using electronic data collection software 
  • Participate in trainings to promote professional development and quality ABA services to clients
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Collaborate with supervisory staff 
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality of clients
  • Maintain and protect the well-being of clients during treatment sessions
  • Provide 1:1 supervision to student analysts pursuing their BCBA/BCaBA if eligible 
  • Ongoing clinical support provided
Job Qualifications
 
  • Education: Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA Certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children/adolescents with special needs including Autism using ABA focused interventions as a BCBA in clinic/school/home settings.  
  • Willing to provide supervision to RBTs and Student Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA) as indicated by the BACB
  • Must have reliable transportation and insurance

Physical Demands
 
  • Must be able to perform a variety of postures and motor movements which may include the ability to stoop, stand, reach, lift, pull, walk, push, grasp, hear, talk, see and use repetitive motions
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in working with children with special needs and behavior difficulties
  • Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written or typed communication

Compensation: $73,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
