• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/licensure
• NJ Special Education or Educational Services Certification preferred
• Experience working in a school setting, preferred
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze behavioral data and implement evidence-based interventions
