    What You'll Do

    • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs and BCaBAs
    • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
    • Partner with families and collaborate with schools and other providers
    • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
    • Deliver services in home, school, and/or clinic settings based on client needs

    Qualifications

    • BCBA certification (or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam)
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
