At Island Cove Behavioral Pediatrics, we believe great ABA starts with great clinicians. We are looking for a passionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.


Our BCBAs have the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services while working alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team. What You'll Do


As a BCBA at Island Cove, you will lead the clinical care of your clients while mentoring and supporting the team around them. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments, skill assessments, and other clinical assessments
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
• Designing evidence-based behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Providing ongoing clinical supervision, feedback, and mentorship to RBTs and other clinical team members
• Analyzing data and using clinical judgment to make meaningful treatment decisions
• Providing parent and caregiver training and helping families implement strategies across environments
• Collaborating with parents, schools, teachers, speech and occupational therapy providers, and other professionals
• Supporting generalization of skills across the clinic, home, school, and community
• Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Ensuring services are provided in accordance with BACB ethical and professional standards
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative clinical culture

Where You'll Work


Although your work will primarily be based in one of our clinics, our services are designed to meet children where they learn and grow.


Depending on the needs of your caseload, services may take place in:

• Our clinic
• Clients' homes
• Schools or daycares
• Community settings

We believe that meaningful progress happens when skills are practiced in the environments where children actually use them.


Who We're Looking For


We are looking for a BCBA who is:

• Passionate about working with children and families
• Committed to ethical, individualized, evidence-based ABA
• A strong communicator and clinical leader
• Comfortable collaborating with RBTs, families, schools, and other professionals
• Organized and able to manage clinical responsibilities effectively
• Someone who values teamwork, mentorship, and continuous learning
• Able to work independently while being an active member of a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children with developmental delays and/or autism spectrum disorder
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home- and school-based services
