About ABC Group Hawaii

At ABC Group Hawaii, we believe exceptional care starts with a team that feels prepared, supported, and valued.

Whether you're feeling burnt out and unsupported in your current BCBA role, or you're a newly certified BCBA looking for strong mentorship and a collaborative environment—you don't have to navigate your career alone here.

For over 20 years, we've provided compassionate, research-driven ABA services to children and families across Oahu. As a BCBA-D founded and operated company, our work is grounded in ethical practice, meaningful outcomes, and a genuine commitment to both our clients and our clinicians.

Position Summary

The BCBA serves as a clinical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs.

This role offers structured mentorship, strong collaboration, and a supportive environment where you can build confidence and grow your clinical expertise at any stage of your career.

What Makes ABC Group Different

Structured Growth & Mentorship

We provide clear expectations, guided mentorship, and hands-on training through a structured, medical-model-inspired system that supports your development at every stage.

Our BCBA Development Pathway:

  • Apprenticeship (Short-Term, Preparatory Role)

  • Resident Behavior Analyst
Newly certified BCBAs who conduct assessments, treatment planning, staff and parent training, and collaboration—primarily in our clinic setting. Residents receive close mentorship from our Directors and progress at their own pace toward clinical fluency.

  • Attending Behavior Analyst
More experienced BCBAs who perform core responsibilities with increased autonomy, leadership expectations, and expanded caseload capacity, along with higher earning potential.

Collaborative, Feedback-Driven Culture

Our 360° feedback model fosters open communication, trust, and continuous growth across all levels of the organization.
