We’re hiring a BCBA to manage a balanced caseload while supervising clinical staff and supporting families. This is a hybrid, Monday–Friday daytime role with flexibility between home, clinic, and telehealth work depending on client needs.

Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage an active caseload of approximately 10–14 clients, depending on region
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers
• Provide parent training and ongoing consultation with families
• Maintain approximately 25–30 billable hours per week, depending on the specific region

• Active BCBA certification and any required state licensure
