We're currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA to support students in the Lakewood, WA area.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Active BCBA certification in good standing.
    2. Experience conducting FBAs and developing ABA?based interventions.
    3. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
    4. Ability to work across diverse school or clinical environments.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments — Complete FBAs in accordance with Washington State school and clinical guidelines.
    • Develop Behavior Intervention Plans — Create evidence?based BIPs aligned with student IEPs or client treatment goals.
    • Design Skill?Building Programs — Implement ABA?based instructional programs targeting communication, adaptive skills, and social?emotional development.
    • Provide Staff Supervision — Train and supervise RBTs, paraeducators, and behavior technicians to ensure fidelity and compliance with BACB standards.
    • Monitor Data & Progress — Establish data systems, analyze trends, and adjust interventions based on data?driven decision?making.
    • Collaborate with Teams — Partner with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, and families to ensure consistent implementation across environments.
    • Ensure Compliance — Follow BACB Ethics Code, Washington State education regulations, and district/agency policies.
