Required Qualifications- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing ABA?based interventions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work across diverse school or clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments Complete FBAs in accordance with Washington State school and clinical guidelines.
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans Create evidence?based BIPs aligned with student IEPs or client treatment goals.
- Design Skill?Building Programs Implement ABA?based instructional programs targeting communication, adaptive skills, and social?emotional development.
- Provide Staff Supervision Train and supervise RBTs, paraeducators, and behavior technicians to ensure fidelity and compliance with BACB standards.
- Monitor Data & Progress Establish data systems, analyze trends, and adjust interventions based on data?driven decision?making.
- Collaborate with Teams Partner with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, and families to ensure consistent implementation across environments.
- Ensure Compliance Follow BACB Ethics Code, Washington State education regulations, and district/agency policies.
