    Seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and related developmental needs.     The BCBA will oversee treatment planning, behavior intervention implementation, caregiver collaboration, clinical supervision, and ongoing assessment of client progress.

    REQUIREMENTS Education
    • Master's Degree required in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
    Certification
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Required
    Experience
    • New graduates encouraged to apply
    • Experience providing ABA therapy services preferred
    • Experience working with children with autism preferred
    Skills
    • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
    • Excellent communication and caregiver collaboration skills
    • Ability to supervise and mentor behavioral staff
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
    • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans and treatment goals
    • Provide clinical oversight for ABA programs
    • Supervise and support behavior technicians and clinical staff
    • Analyze treatment data and modify programs as needed
    • Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment success
    • Ensure all documentation meets clinical and regulatory standards
    • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and case reviews
    • Maintain compliance with ethical and professional practice guidelines
    • Support positive outcomes through evidence-based ABA interventions
