REQUIREMENTS Education
- Master's Degree required in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Certification
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Required
Experience
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Experience providing ABA therapy services preferred
- Experience working with children with autism preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans and treatment goals
- Provide clinical oversight for ABA programs
- Supervise and support behavior technicians and clinical staff
- Analyze treatment data and modify programs as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment success
- Ensure all documentation meets clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and case reviews
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional practice guidelines
- Support positive outcomes through evidence-based ABA interventions
