    We provide a variety of home-based and center-based services for children, including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Developmental Therapy, ABA Therapy and other Pediatric Therapy services, a comprehensive Behavior Management program for families of children with autism, Global Developmental Evaluations, home-based Infant Massage Instruction, Family Counseling and Support, Therapeutic Listening program, and Interactive Metronome services (helps children with ADD/ADHD or motor planning issues.). Qualified applicant will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed, supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers, participate in team meetings and contribute to program development, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making.

    EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values collaboration, flexibility, and quality clinical care. We offer a competitive pay rate with access to benefits and a supportive work environment. Position is full-time but part-time is also considered.

    Qualified applicant will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed, supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers, participate in team meetings and contribute to program development, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making

    Qualifications:

    • Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure

    • 1–3 years of ABA experience (preferred)

    • Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams

    • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care

    Flexible work from home options available.

    Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
